You can pay for your order using your KNET, credit card, or in cash on delivery

Which Currency is accepted?

We accept the local currency. For example in Kuwait, we accept KWD

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

For orders from the UAE - within 24 hours on a working day

How can I track the status of my delivery?

You can check the status of your order and/or track the delivery of your order through the My Orders tab, from your account menu within the Roma application.


Can I unpack and test before paying for the order?

For health reasons, you cannot try any of the beauty products.


Can I return or exchange an item?

Our customers can exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, according to the following terms and conditions:


1) The goods to be exchanged or returned are in good condition and can be shown on their covers and tags, in addition to attaching them to the original purchase receipt.

2) The goods to be exchanged or returned do not match the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects not apparent at the time of purchase.

3) You can alter any product by choosing another size keeping in mind the above requirements.


For orders outside the UAE, customers who wish to return an item/order due to a change of mind will handle the shipping and bear the return cost (returns can be shipped via Aramex, DHL and FedEx courier services).
